Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Yoboseyo (the “Company”) and users (“Users”) with respect to the AI-powered Korean language learning services (the “Service”) provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Service” refers to the Yoboseyo mobile application and related services provided by the Company.
2. “User” refers to any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
3. “Subscription” refers to the right to access paid features of the Service for a specified period.
4. “Content” refers to learning materials, AI conversations, analysis results, and other resources provided within the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

1. These Terms take effect upon being posted within the Service or upon User consent.
2. The Company may revise these Terms if necessary, and such changes will be notified at least 7 days prior to implementation.
3. In the case of material changes, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
